Can I self collect my order?


Self collection is available at our Partnering Gym. You can select the option during the checkout. It will take 1 to 2 days before you can self collect. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.




What if nobody is at home to receive my order?


We will contact you before proceeding with the delivery and arrange the most convenient time to deliver your order. If after the arrangments has been made and happens that nobody is at home to receive the order, we will leave the order at your doorstep.




Can I exchange/refund my orders?


Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will check your order before sending it out for delivery. We assure you that our products are brand new and in good condition. For complimentary items that we offer during our promotions, if any, there will be no exchange is allowed.

No, we do not have a physical store. The address listed on the website is our main office, and we do not accept any walk ins.
